Reclaim Your Realm in Kingsgrave

Developer Egg or Chicken Games is inviting everyone to a gloomy metroidvania adventure that's inspired by classic Zelda games. Kingsgrave offers a gaming experience which combines blends rich storytelling with challenging gameplay while adding unique building feature, various puzzles, and even stunning pixel art visuals. The game is coming out in Spring 2023.

In the game, you play the role of a long-dead king whose lands have wilted. Any surviving subjects have long abandoned their homes and have been replaced with monsters created by the fragments of diseased souls. It's now time to wake up and unite the fractured land. The question is do you have what it takes to defeat the darkness and lead the people to prosperity?

Restore the Kingdom

In working to restore the kingdom, you'll need to explore a world that's now in ruin. Travel through woods, deserts, volcanoes, and other biomes in this handcrafted and interconnected world. While navigating across treacherous terrain, you'll have to solve cunning puzzles and uncover hidden paths. The road may be filled with challenges and wonders but it is one that is truly fit for a king.

To bring back the kingdom to its former glory, you have to destroy the plague creatures especially if you want to save your subjects. To bring life back to the wastelands, you also have to clear the ands of these rotting monsters. That means you'll have to sharpen those combat skills and obtain more powerful equipment.

The good news is that you can unlock new abilities by building houses, collecting resources, and defeating enemies. Remember that the true power of a king is in his domains and members. This means that the more the kingdom is restored, the mightier you become.
