Developer and publisher NEXON announced that alpha test for Vindictus: Defying Fate is scheduled this June. It’s going to be on Steam and follows the successful pre-alpha test conducted back in March 2024.
The alpha test build offers various changes based on player feedback from the pre-alpha. This includes the addition of two new characters Delia and Karok. The two join Lann and Fiona, bringing the total of playable characters to four.
Other features to look forward to in the upcoming alpha test for Vindictus: Defying Fate are:
- Companion NPCs now assist players in battle.
- The alpha introduces new multiplayer raids.
- New Village and inventory systems added.
- New narrative elements including main storyline and key NPCs.
- Added Various Growth Systems
In addition to what’s already mentioned, there are various progression mechanics added that include leveling, weapon crafting, and ability system, to name a few.
