Frozen Flame, the popular fantasy ARPG game by Ravenage and Dreamside Interactive, has just released a major update with a new game mode called "Cataclysm." The update is available starting, April 20, on Steam.
In Cataclysm mode, players will experience a completely new terrain surrounded by water and floating islands, where they will have to choose one of three Orders and explore the Frozen Desert, a separate snow realm that is always cold and shrouded in blizzards, limiting visibility. Orders will have to compete for supremacy while encountering dangerous monsters that drop resources essential for getting new upgrades. The ultimate goal is to find a way out of the realm and to stop the Cataclysm by defeating the Dragon, the mastermind behind the destruction.
The "Cataclysm Mode" update also includes access to official servers, where up to 30 players can play together, a brand new map, and new ways to interact with fellow players, be it through combat or trading. The update also features combat improvements that affect balance and responsiveness, the option to fertilize seed beds, and the ability to speed up while flying. These improvements and more will enhance the overall gameplay experience.
Frozen Flame fans can check out the trailer for the Cataclysm update, and the game is available for purchase on Steam.
