Adjustment to Pricing
In a post, the studio revealed that at the end of this month there’s going to be a change in the price. From $9.99, it’s set to increase to $14.99. The reason is that it reflects the expanded content, polish, and continued development.
This means that players still have time to enjoy the lower price. Not only that, once purchased it should allow them to experience the world of HEL early. The studio shared that they’re confident the majority of what’s available in the early access”hit the right spot.”
Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel invites players into a relentless roguelike horde-survivor frenzy that's set in the brutal depths of Norse mythology. They get to fight against endless waves of monstrous foes while at the same time unlocking legendary powers from ancient Viking gods that include Thor, Loki, Freya and Odin, to name a few. They'll also have to conquer savage realms teeming with danger.
Players can take on challenging missions during each run to test their skills and enrich their journey through the Nine Worlds. The quests may involve completing specific objectives or overcoming additional obstacles as they battle relentless enemies on the way to the final challenge. To improve the chances of success, they can improve their abilities with meta-progression systems that offer unlockable perks, in-game skills, or upgrades.
Players can choose from a roster of diverse characters, each equipped with unique skills, abilities, and weapons. They can mix and match combinations to refine builds and overcome the many challenges posed by the Hordes of Hel.
