AI LIMIT is all set to be released tomorrow. There's a chance that some players are sure to stream their playthrough as they share initial thoughts. That said, Sense Games has made available certain guidelines.
To have a common understanding, the studio revealed in a post that "secondary creation" is defined as the act of posting videos that the user has filmed and edited in advance. It can also refer to conducting live streams through game commentary or similar forms of streaming.
Under the guidelines, players can post videos and images related to the game on video-sharing platforms that include YouTube, Bilibili, Twitch, and NicoNico Douga. It can also be shared on various social media platforms like X, TikTok, Weibo, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED). Players can also share on their own personal website. When it comes to monetization, players can do that to their posts through the creator features which are provided by video-sharing platforms listed in the guidelines.
The studio reminded everyone that the guideline is planned to be updated periodically and that it's not intended to transfer any intellectual property rights related to the game.
AI LIMIT follows the sudden but mysterious collapse of the artificial ecosystem which is then followed by natural disasters and wars. This has resulted in civilization being wiped out. Centuries later monsters have emerged along with the spread of a strange substance known as Mud. Players get to take on the role of Arrisa and explore the last city of humanity which is Havenswell. They'll have to fight against enemies in levels which are composed of ruins and a broken road network.
In the game, Arrisa is known as a Blader. A Blader is a new life form that looks like a human but was created by mysterious technology. They've been given their own missions as they go on a lonely and dangerous journey. They also have the power for Branches which allow them the respawn after a fatal death.
However, with the Branches being destroyed it's now up to Arrisa to not only look for the Branches across the city but also repair them. Along the way they not only get to meet humans but also fellow Bladers. Players get to feel their joys and sorrows and together try to learn more about the truth behind the plagues and disasters.
AI LIMIT is available on Steam.
