A new update has been released for Solo Leveling: ARISE. It adds two new SSR Hunters along with a new story content. There's also a new competitive PvP mode.
The first character is Sian Halat. This living knight is the reimagined version of the past self of the Red Knight Igris. The spirit of the Red Knight Igris serves as the loyal sword of the Monarch of Shadows. Going back to Sian Halat, he's a powerful Dark-type Elemental Stacker who releases overwhelming destructive power at the center of the new combat meta. When he uses his ultimate skill known as "Knight's Pride," he channels his inner strength into his broadsword and performs a powerful forward-facing strike that leads his army to victory.
Meanwhile, the second hunter is Son Kihoon, a Dark-type Breaker who maximizes the efficiency of Dark Element parties alongside Sian. Kihoon is known for using a sword and shield and has abilities like "Fierce Charge" where he scrapes the ground with his sword and performs a powerful upward slash. His ultimate skill is called "Thrilling Fighting Spirit" and shares his vigor with nearby allies.
Other New Content
As mentioned, a new content has been added as well that include Hidden Chapters 1 and 2 along with the Expert difficulty versions of Chapters 19 and 20. The update also introduces a new PvP event called "International Clash." This one has players form attack and defense teams using up to five Hunters and nine Tactic Cards. Participants can then challenge teams of other players and in return earn points to receive special titles and other rewards based on their performance. There are also different snowflake-themed events are underway that offer players a chance to earn generous rewards.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is based on the popular webtoon Solo Leveling. It promises fans an immersive journey through the world of their favorite characters. They get to take on the role of Sung Jinwoo, with the game chronicling his rise from the weakest hunter to becoming the world’s strongest. It delivers an experience that closely mirrors the original work.
One of the features that make Solo Leveling: ARISE stand out are the high-quality graphics that bring the webtoon to life. It offers a captivating narrative and references plotlines from the webtoon. Solo Leveling: ARISE is available on mobile platforms through iOS and Android. The Steam version is now titled Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE.
