Sorcerer’s Servant Leaves Early Access and Official Version Now Available

The Sorcerer’s Servant has officially left early access and the full version is now out. The roguelike slot RPG offers a story that progresses through death.

Players take on the role of a sorcerer’s loyal attendant and use different items that include attack, defense, magic, and healing tools. All of these to obtain the upper hand in combat. Items grow even more powerful when they chain together and let players take on advancing monsters with a mix of strategy and luck.

Changes from Early Access

Sorcerer’s Servant started early access back in March of this year. Since then, the game has been refined based on player feedback and community suggestions. Changes with the full official release version include:

• Complete gameplay and balance overhaul.

• Stage and quest expansion (From 50 stages to 230 stages).

• New monsters added (50 types to 100 types).

• Major story and character additions.

• New highest rarity tier: "Mythic".

• Introduction of new power-up item: "Ultra Soul"

Deck-building Roguelike Game

Sorcerer’s Servant is a deck-building roguelike where players spin the reels to build their deck. As the loyal attendant to a mysterious sorceress, it is up to the players to help her grow stronger. By gathering and chaining items in slots, they can create powerful synergies, enhance her abilities, and upgrade to even stronger gear. Once they defeat enemies, they can then earn gold which can be used to buy items in the shop. Then they can equip the sorceress with the new items to get that much needed advantage.

It's going to be a difficult climb as players can experience some struggle in the beginning and may even fall quickly. However, depending on the strategy and enhancements from collected special items, players can slowly move deeper into the adventure.

One basic strategy is to strengthen the defensive gear of the sorceress while enemies are still weak. As the stages progress, players need to find their own strategy is key as they'll have to discover an addictive cycle of challenge as they advance through the story. It's all about strategy and luck, two factors that decide the fate of the sorceress.
