The full version of Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel has been released and available for the PC and consoles. As part of the launch, Games Farm released an updated roadmap of the game.
Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel was released in early access back in January 2025. At that time, the studio also released a development roadmap. During the early access period, a total of four major updates were released. New content introduced include new worlds, new boss fights, new difficulties, and new classes.
Helheim Update
The first thing that players can look forward to is the Helheim update. New features to be introduced include:

Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is an intense roguelike horde arena survival game that invites players to go on a thrilling journey steeped in the dark realms of Norse mythology. Players assume the roles of fallen souls entombed within the unforgiving depths of Helheim. They’ll have to prove themselves worthy of redemption through a relentless series of trials in combat against various foes. In this forsaken realm, divine blessings are rare and to earn them, the rivers must turn red with the blood of enemies.
The combat system of Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is the beating heart that pumps adrenaline into every second and pushes the boundaries of players’ survival instincts as they find themselves under the pressure of time. Every encounter tests the mettle, skill, and reflexes of players as they wage war against the Nordic underworld’s relentless hordes.
However, it’s not all about survival. Players can also undertake in-run missions that pose additional challenges and deepen their journey through the Nine Worlds, which offer a plethora of greater rewards.
