The First Descendant to Introduce Improvements to the Lounge

A new update is launching in The First Descendant tomorrow. There's a lot of exciting new content along with cool improvements to the game. One of these are the new features to be introduced to the Lounge.

In The First Descendant, the Lounge is located in Albion and serves as the personal space where Descendants can unwind and rest between missions. The Lounge also allows players to display Descendants, Fellows, Vehicles, Weapon Skins, Back and Chest Attachments, and even Collectible items.

In a post, Nexon revealed that after they reviewed the Season 3 roadmap, they made the decision to focus on reorganizing combat based systems along with adding new content. Because of this, the originally large-scale Lounge 2.0 update scheduled for this month is being scaled down. Instead, these features are now going to be added to the Lounge:

• New Spaces: Bar, Garden, Additional Figurine Display Room, and Tactical Equipment Room for Weapon and Vehicle display.

• Lounge Guide Customization: Guide Skins provided through Collec-T purchases and event rewards.

• Jukebox Addition: Change Lounge BGM and change the feeling of the music via LP mode.

• Lounge Photo Mode and improved detailed view function for Figurines/Ornaments.

The studio shared that the feature to visit other players' Lounges won't be available for now. However, it's planned to be released separately as a future content improvement.
