The First DLC for Knock on the Coffin Lid Releasing Next Year

RedBoon announced that the first DLC for Knock on the Coffin Lid is coming out in April 2025. Titled as "Nightmares of Millenis," it's set to introduce a lot of new content to the game.

The first is the story where we get to see the story of Mortis come to an end. The question that remains is whether you get to pass all the tests that Millenis hands out and see if you can make the one right decision which can result in ending the war in Midian. Indeed, there's going to be new dungeons and new bosses, among many others. You can also look forward to what's known as the "Millenis Nightmares" mode. In this one, seven Tarot cards having unique gameplay conditions are going to be available for each of the heroes. Get to compete with other travelers and see if you can reach the top rank. There's a lot to be excited about in this upcoming DLC.

Good Milestones

Knock on the Coffin Lid was released in early August. Within a week of its launch, the game has managed to reach some excellent milestones. For example, in a post the studio revealed that its average daily number of players online was about 1600 with a peak of 2500 players. In addition, average time spent in the game was 14 hours.

Of course, like with most new games, there's bound to be a lot of bugs. In this case, the studio shared that they didn't have the capacity to test everything as thoroughly as they should have. However, the studio added that thanks to all the feedback, they were able to fix some of the bugs rather quickly.

In Knock on the Coffin Lid, you wake up inside a cold crypt that seems to be a thousand leagues from home. In addition, you appear to be in the company of an enigmatic stranger but have no memories of what happened. In order to bring back those lost memories, you'll need to examine the dark secrets of your very own death. To return home, you'll have to go on a journey across three mysterious regions and untangle that web of deadly intrigues. Along the way you'll get to meet new friends though some of them only want to appear as such.
