The First Part of the New Rise Update for Mabinogi is Now Out

Nexon has released Part 1 of the New Rise update for Mabinogi. It introduces a new equipment system along with a Dungeon Revamp and Dressing Room.

The new equipment system, once it goes live, allows players to transfer existing weapon progression to a new weapon of their choice. In addition, players should be happy to know that dungeon-drop equipment now comes pre-forged. It also features one to three lines depending on the grade of the item.

Dressing Room

Another new feature added to the game courtesy of the new update is the Dressing Room. This is an in-game feature where players can showcase their outfits. Players can save as much as 10 outfits within the Dressing Room. They can also remove all outfit parts at once for convenience.

Dungeon System Revamp

The new update also introduces what can be described as a major revamp to the Dungeon system. This should allow for an enhanced adventuring experience. For example, new drops have been added to the different dungeon types. Meanwhile, gear has been divided into ranks with those in higher ranks offering increased power.

Adjustments have been made as well to some of the dungeon difficulty levels. Also modified are certain mechanics which resulted in the dungeons being rather challenging. Another change made is on the dying system which now gives players greater flexibility when it comes to their look.
