Last week Metaverse Game Studios launched the open multiplayer alpha test for Angelic: The Chaos Theatre. With this, players now have the chance to check out what the game has to offer. So far there's been no end date announced for the test but it's always better to try it out now.
There's a lot to look forward to in this ongoing open alpha test. For example, the game has been significantly optimized to allow for a smoother experience. There's are also several technical upgrades implemented. Players should also be happy to know that progression mechanics with basic leveling have been added along with a hero unlocking system. What this means is that when they start the game, players have Phoenix, Seliné, and Xander. They also get one free unlock credit that they can use to pick a new hero. After that they can earn one hero core for each new level with four cores letting them unlock a new hero.
There are just some of the what the alpha test offers.
In a statement, Metaverse Game Studios founder and CEO Erkan Bayol shared that they’re excited for players to experience what they’ve been working on. He added that the open alpha test is merely a step in the development process and they’re looking forward to see the feedback from the community.
Angelic: The Chaos Theatre features an interesting mix of party-based RPGs and strategy games. It does this by offering a bespoke experience to players that’s sure to have that refreshing take on established genre conventions. In creating this adventure, the studio made sure to put a high premium on character development. As a result, players get to go on a journey where the heroes are believable especially since each one comes with their own compelling story, unique combat abilities, and evolving personalities.
While these are indeed exciting, the studio shared that they're currently working on a narrative single-player mode. This one is aimed at immersing players in a story which evolved based on their choices. That means there's going to be multiple paths and even various endings.
