Developer Jump Over The Age announced that Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector is now available on Steam. It brings players to the Starward Belt where they get to experience a richly realized and ramshackle set of habitats in an asteroid belt that's full of secrets, stories, and characters. The game is currently being offered at 10% off for a limited period.
Roll of the Dice
The game is a sequel to Citizen Sleeper, released in 2022. While the revolutionary dice system of the previous title returns in this one, it has been revised. Players need to manage their stress or take damage to the dice. They'll also have to deal with glitches as they accrue in their system.
Escape and Survive
In the game, players take on the role of a sleeper, which is an emulation of a human mind that's housed in an artificial body. They're on the run from both the corporation that made them as well as the gang that seeks control. They'll need to commandeer a ship while also building a network of crew and allies as they take on challenging contracts to build a future for themselves.
It's All There Is
While the ship has indeed seen its better days, players can upgrade it to extend the range and thus be able to reach new locations. The crew is just as important and players start with none other than fellow escapee and a rock-solid pilot Serafin. Along the way the two can recruit scrappers, engineers, and all sorts willing to take on the work. Each character comes with their own story, skills, and troubles.
System Requirements
For those excited about the game, here are the minimum requirements for the PC:
- OS: Windows 10
- Processor: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: DirectX 11 compatible GPU
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 2 GB available space
Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector invites players to a future that depends on the roll of a dice. The game reinvents the award-winning systems that were in Citizen Sleeper as it satisfies not only fans of the original game but also new players. Get the game on Steam now.
